Founded in 2004, Smartee is an established provider of clear aligners and digital orthodontic solutions in China. Headquartered in Shanghai, Smartee holds over 750 patents in China and internationally, with over 1 million patients treated.

Cost excluding GST:

  • $2000 for simple cases

  • $3300 to $3600 for mild to moderate cases

  • $4500 to $4700 for moderate to complex cases

Our doctors have worked with Smartee since 2019 - many years before their aligners were made commercially available in Singapore.

Angel Aligner

Angelalign Technology Inc., is a global provider of clear aligner technology with evidence-based clinical expertise. Angelalign Technology Inc. has treated over 1 million patients internationally and is able to address a wide variety of orthodontic conditions.

  • $3800 to $4000 for mild to moderate cases

  • $5000 to $5200 for moderate to complex cases

Zenyum

Zenyum is a regional aligner company that produces custom-fit, invisible braces designed to treat mild to moderate cases. It is an affordable and effective orthodontic solution.

How Do Invisible Braces Work?

  1. Consultation 🦷
    Your journey begins with a friendly consultation with our doctors, where we’ll discuss your treatment goals and expectations. X-rays and a 3D scan help us understand your teeth in detail and make well-informed decisions about your care.

  2. Choosing the Right System ⚙️
    We’ll guide you in choosing the aligner brand — Invisalign, Smartee, Zenyum, or others — that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Selecting the right system is an important part of the process.

  3. Personalised Plan 📊
    Within 2 to 3 weeks, a personalised treatment plan will be ready for you. You’ll be able to preview your future smile and estimate how long treatment may take. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll proceed to manufacture your aligners.

  4. Fitting & Daily Wear ⏱️
    When your aligners are ready, we’ll fit them for you at the clinic. Each set should be worn for about 20–22 hours a day and changed every 7-10 days. Staying consistent with wear time is key to a successful result.

  5. Progress Reviews 👩‍⚕️
    You’ll visit us every few months so we can track your progress and ensure your teeth are moving according to plan.

  6. Refinement & Retainers 😁
    Once you’ve completed all your aligner sets, we’ll assess whether further improvements can be made. This stage - known as the Refinement Stage - may involve additional aligners to help you achieve the best possible result.

    After treatment is complete, you’ll move on to the Retainer Stage, where retainers are worn at night to help maintain your teeth in their new position.

  • Invisible braces, also known as clear aligners, are orthodontic devices that straighten teeth discreetly without the need for traditional metal brackets and wires.

    The most well-known brand of clear aligners is Invisalign. Our doctors are also certified in other leading brands, including Angel Aligner and ClearCorrect, allowing us to select the one best suited for your unique needs.

  • You’ll receive a set of custom-made clear aligner trays that you’ll need to wear for 20+ hours each day. Every 7 to 14 days, you’ll switch to a new tray, gradually guiding your teeth into alignment.

  • Our doctors will be able to help you select the brand that is most suitable for your orthodontic condition, lifestyle and budget.

    In general, Invisalign is able to treat the full range of cases (from simple to complex); while other systems are usually used for cases that fall within the mild to moderate range.

  • This depends on several factors, including the complexity of your case, and your level of compliance.

    Some mild cases can see results in as little as 3 to 6 months, while more complex treatments may take 12 to 18 months.

    Your dentist will assess your teeth and give you a clearer timeline based on your specific needs.

  • Not everyone’s teeth will straighten exactly as planned. Some teeth may resist movement more than others, or there might be issues with compliance.

    In these situations, refinements may be necessary. This involves taking a new scan and providing additional trays.

    While there is a charge for the scans, the new trays are usually provided at no extra cost, as long as your treatment remains within certain timeframes.

  • Yes! To maintain straight teeth, retainers are worn nightly.
